Abstract

มีรายงานอุบัติการณ์การเกิดภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ในการให้การรักษาทางทันตกรรมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ บทความนี้ได้สรุปแนวทางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ในการรักษาทางทันตกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น รวบรวมคำแนะนำและหลักฐานการอ้างอิงที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับการจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ ประกอบด้วย อุบัติการณ์ การประเมินผู้ป่วย อาการและอาการแสดง การจัดการความเสี่ยง เทคนิควิธีการ การใช้ยา การใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมทางการแพทย์ต่าง ๆ ที่ควรเตรียมไว้สำหรับการจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ที่พบได้บ่อยในการรักษาทางทันตกรรมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อให้ทันตบุคลากรและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องตระหนักและเข้าใจภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในสถานบริการทันตกรรมและจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ในการให้การรักษาทางทันตกรรมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างถูกวิธีและเหมาะสม

The incidence of medical emergencies has been reported in dental care for the elderly. This article outlines the guidelines relevant to the management of medical emergencies in dental practices, gather important advice and reference evidence on the management of medical emergencies in dental practice, consists of incidence, patient assessment, signs and symtoms, risk management, techniques, methods, medications, and accessories that should be prepared for the management of common medical emergencies in dental treatment for the elderly. This is to enable dental personnel and related persons to be aware of and understand medical emergencies that may occur in dental facilities and to manage medical emergencies in providing dental treatment for the elderly in a proper and appropriate manner
